Hampton School

Hampton School was established in 1556 and is globally recognised as one of the UK’s leading independent boys schools. Sporting achievement is high upon the list of aims for the school. Boasting an alumni that includes British Olympic gold medal winning rowers Jonny and Greg Searle, the School wanted to improve their provision of strength and conditioning facilities as part of a wider development programme.

Hampton’s Sporting Director and Head of Strength and Conditioning approached us to advise, design and fit a state-of-the-art, customised space for their 1200 students to enjoy.

We offered a complete, full project service following our five phase process. After firstly consulting and advising on the type of equipment required to meet the school’s needs, we progressed through a nine month plan to design a space from the floor up. We included 200 square metres of high quality 30mm flooring, bespoke coloured Werksan power racks, Concept2 bikes and integrated storage facilities, alongside a wide range of weights, plates, jerk blocks and other equipment from our range of 160+ products.

The end result is another fantastic demonstration of our expertise in the provision of gym facilities for the education sector.

Absolute Performance were with us all the way from the design stage, installation and finishing what now is a fabulous facility for all our students. Their expertise and understanding were extremely reassuring, it enabled the project to be achieved to a very high standard. We will certainly continue to work with Absolute Performance in the future.
