Gym flooring
Gym floors that are installed to last
Your gym’s floor is a fundamental feature of your training space, no matter whether it’s a home gym, commercial facility, educational premises or elite sporting environment. Gym flooring has to withstand daily use, heavy footfall and the demands of high-impact activity, so choosing the right flooring is essential.
Quality gym flooring does more than protect the subfloor. It helps protect athletes and gym users, safeguards equipment from impact, absorbs shock, dampens vibration and can help reduce noise in busy training environments.

Choosing the right gym flooring
The right flooring solutions can be used to shape a space and provide dedicated zones to improve your gym’s performance and flow.

Gym flooring, installed by experts
We’ll advise and help you select the most appropriate gym flooring for your gym’s needs. We’ll assess how each area will be used and specify the appropriate flooring to ensure your gym floor performs and lasts.

It starts beneath the floor
The performance of your gym flooring depends on what sits underneath it. We assess the existing subfloor and recommend the appropriate underfloor specification based on the loads and activities the space will need to accommodate.
From subfloor preparation to impact protection, we make sure your flooring system is built to perform rather than simply laying a surface over what’s already there.

Customisation and finishing touches
Making the space yours comes down to the details. We can incorporate bespoke elements throughout your flooring design, from custom colours and branded flooring to dedicated lifting platforms and turf tracks. Whether you want to reflect your brand, define different training zones or create a specific look and feel, we’ll tailor the flooring solution around your requirements.
The process
01
Site survey & planning
Assess the space, existing subfloor, intended use and any customisation requirements.
02
Subfloor preparation
Clear and prepare the area, making sure the existing subfloor is suitable for the flooring system.
03
Flooring installation
Set out and install the appropriate flooring system across each training zone.
04
Detailing &
finishing
Complete edges, transitions, ramps, dropping zones and lifting platforms for a clean, seamless finish.
Our team of installation experts fit your flooring with precision and ensure a seamless transition from zone to zone including ramped edges, dropping zones and lifting platforms. Whilst we always aim to assess the suitability of the subfloor prior to installation, some buildings, particularly older facilities, may need additional investigation by the client prior to work commencing. We are on hand for help and advice throughout the project to ensure the best outcomes for our customers.
Flooring for every training environment

What makes a gym floor tile?
Good gym flooring is the foundation of your gym space. There’s more than meets the eye happening beneath your feet, especially in heavy dropping zones. Our Heavyweight Floor Tiles are expertly designed to meet the rigours of a weightlifting floor area. They combine a densely compacted rubber crumb with a reinforcing mesh, and a tough 4mm EPDM surface. The underside is cleverly created to minimise impact sound through a series of ridges that cushion heavy dropping.
