All delivery costs on the website apply to UK mainland delivery only. If an order is placed for delivery outside of UK mainland a member of our sales team will be in touch.
We deliver across Mainland UK, with the aim of having all orders dispatched within 5-7 working days of order placed. All orders are sent out on a 48 hour service with our couriers. Weekend or time specific deliveries will be at an extra charge.
Any items under 30kg will be delivered with Parcelforce and items over 30kg delivered with UPS. If you request for the items to be left in a safe place via the courier direct, we are not liable for the items going missing, this is done at your own risk.
With larger items or larger order these will be dispatched on a pallet. Unfortunately, with pallet deliveries if a delivery is missed, a re-delivery has to be booked; you will be subject to additional charges. We will notify you when the delivery will be made; if you know you are unable to accept delivery, please notify the office so we can arrange delivery to suit you. Your items will be delivered on a 48 hour service. All pallets are curb side deliveries, the drivers are not insured to handle the order any further. Additional charges will be applied for weekend and time specific deliveries.
Unfortunately, we cannot amend orders once they have been placed, if an amendment is required, please contact our office on 02920 362664 or email email@example.com for assistance.
Once your order has been dispatched you will receive tracking numbers from the relevant courier provider, providing you have given use a contact mobile number.
Multi box orders will be dispatched with our courier provider; if part of your order arrives before the rest, please allow 48 hours before contacting us.
For any missing parcels that have not been delivered after 48 hours, please contact us and we will request for a warehouse search at the depot. This process can take between 5 – 7 working days. If the courier providers are unable to locate the item(s), we will dispatch a replacement to you and raise a claim with the courier.
A replacement will only be sent once the investigation has been completed by the courier provider.
We do offer a click & collect service, please notify us via email within 24 hours of placing your order that you wish to collect. We are open Monday – Friday 8.30am – 4.30pm. All orders have to be collected within these times and from our warehouse located at CF3 2ET.

If you have made a purchase and would like to return it, you can do so by emailing us on firstname.lastname@example.org, within 14 days of delivery. Please note; goods that are personalised, bespoke or build specific to your needs are non-refundable unless faulty.
To be provided with a full refund, your item(s) must be unused and returned in the same condition within the original packaging, parts and accessories. Items will be inspected prior to a refund being provided.
You are obligated to arrange and pay to for the return of any items. We recommend using a trackable delivery service, as we cannot offer a refund until the item has been delivered to our warehouse.
Please ensure the items packaged sufficiently to ensure no damage is caused during transit.

If your order is faulty, damaged or not as described we can offer a refund, repair or replacement. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will arrange and pay returning of the good, along with costs associated with re delivery. Please email us at email@example.com along with a picture of the damaged goods.
