Description
The DC Blocks® Flat Top design is intended to be the top section of a stack of DC Blocks® for increased comfort with box squats, for an increased landing or stance platform when performing plyometrics, step-ups, or other assistance exercises. DC Blocks® Flat Tops are ideal for use on top of two stacks of DC Blocks® as a bench press bench as they interlock with a regular DC Block®. Flat Tops® do not interlock with each other so shouldn’t be stacked on top of each other to avoid slipping.
