Stockley Park is the home of VAR for English professional football. The Professional Game Match Officials Ltd (PGMOL) were looking to create a state-of-the-art, multi-zone, working gym space that would allow match officials to train effectively during their busy schedules.
The facility was designed to be suitable for the third floor location it enjoys. Our design and installation teams liaised with structural engineers, building designers and project managers to ensure weight bearing capacities and the building structure were appropriately considered.
The facility has several uses and is kitted out with the highest quality equipment. The cardio area includes a SkiErg, curve treadmill, Tornado aero bike, Wattbike and Keiser functional training machines. The strength area is equipped with precision Werksan racks with custom branded weight plates, alongside a range of Apex dual branded equipment.
The centrepiece of the facility is the bespoke, branded sled track with woven graphics which is seamlessly integrated into high performance 40mm heavy weight flooring.
