The PowerBlock Pro 90 Adjustable Dumbbell delivers adjustable weights up to 50kg per hand for high-intensity and professional-level strength training. With a weight range from 2.5kg to 50kg (or 5lbs to 90lbs) per hand, with increasing increments of 5lbs, the PowerBlock Pro 90 replaces 18 pairs of dumbbells.

ERGONOMIC HANDLE DESIGN
Built with a new open-draft handle that has 50% more space and a knurled steel grip for control and comfort. The ‘Auto-Lock’ lever on the handle is a simple way to make micro-adjustments in 2.5 lbs.
EASY WEIGHT ADJUSTMENT
Using a quick pin system, adjusting the weight on the PowerBlock Pro 90 Adjustable Dumbbell is fast and intuitive. To change weights, remove the pin, select the rail with the corresponding weight chart, then insert the pin completely into the desired slot and you’re ready to lift.
