Using a quick pin system, adjusting the weight on the PowerBlock Pro 50 Adjustable Dumbbell is fast and intuitive. To change weights, remove the pin, select the rail with the corresponding weight chart, then insert the pin completely into the desired slot and you’re ready to lift. All equipment comes with a standard 12-month warranty (with proof that the item hasn’t been misused).
