During these challenging times and want to reassure you on the steps we’re taking to keep both our team and our customers safe over the coming months, whilst still providing the best possible service. Rest assured that we’ll be regularly reviewing our plans and procedures following all the latest health authority and government advice, as it’s released. We are being vigilant in ensuring all of our staff have been fully briefed and are constantly updated on the ongoing situation.
Our sales teams are still available to make site visits if required, however, we’re encouraging them to use technology to carry out meetings wherever possible.

CONCERNING OUR INSTALLATIONS
In order to continue carrying out installations we’ve taken additional measures, developed in consultation with global and local public health authorities (including the WHO and Public Health England), to make our site visit and installation protocols as strict as possible:
· All teams attending site will be issued with full PPE to be worn for the duration of their visit;
· Temperatures of installation teams will be taken and logged before travelling to any sites. Anyone with a raised temperature will not travel;
· Company vehicles will be cleaned before and after each site visit, in line with guidelines, to prohibit any transfer from site to site;
· Social distancing training has been undertaken by all staff and will at all times be adhered to.
We hope we can continue to fulfil orders in our normal timely and professional manner, but we cannot predict the future effect the Coronavirus will have on our workforce. Our teams will do everything in their power to avoid disruption to planned installs. Where it cannot be avoided, we’ll work with you to find solutions.
