The heavy-duty Legend Pro Series Half Rack is designed for extreme strength training and provides a safe platform for squats, bench presses, and other barbell exercises. Built with 11-gauge 3-inch by 3-inch tubing for extra strength, this versatile power cage is designed for optimum stability. It has been expertly designed using three-dimensional CAD software and is assembled using only 12 bolts across 4 joints, reducing any points of weakness.
Complete with 12 chrome-plated 12-inch, Olympic-size plate storage pegs, which are slightly angled for safety, this premium squat rack provides both storage and a sturdy platform for weight training. The lower pegs facilitate resistance band training and are moveable, meaning they can be placed inside or outside the cage for greater versatility. The multi-grip pull-up bar on the Legend Half Rack enables users to perform wide grip pull ups, neutral pull ups or close grip pull ups between sets, or as a stand-alone exercise. The safety arms are designed to be extra strong, thereby ensuring optimum safety if something slips. They feature a three by two-inch cross section and ABS wear guards as well as an internal, solid, one-inch racking rod.
This Legend Pro Series power cage comes with ‘Monster Hooks’ as standard, which are oversized, fully welded bar catches with a carry handle, number window, and extremely durable yet replaceable polymer contact surfaces. The extended reach of the Monster Hook increases safety without getting in the way, while the polymer surface reduces any damage or paint chipping to the gym rack itself.
