Question: Many operators are reporting that they are struggling with capacity management. How can your products help them to navigate the management of capacity at peak times by delivering flexible solutions that can relieve bottlenecks?
Answer: At Absolute Performance, we thrive on a challenge. Many of our clients come to us because they have minimal or complex spaces and need our expertise to design a solution to maximise the use of their facility.
A practical option would be to install a pod of KingsBox CX37 Power Racks with connecting storage, integrated smith press and adjustable pulleys. This setup makes efficient use of space whilst supporting a wide range of full-body exercises with its features, including pull-up bars and a host of other optional extras such as dipping bars, jammer arms and core plates. The racks are linked by shelving and storage bins, providing a convenient place to house equipment such as kettlebells, dumbbells, weight plates, slam balls and much more.
Every space is unique and requires a bespoke solution, but the Kingsbox CX series and its wide range of attachments and storage solutions help our design team to meet all of our clients’ specific needs. As a complete integrated solution, it allows multiple users to work out simultaneously, helping facilitate demand at peak times.
This exceptional piece of equipment creates a well-organised workout space and enhances workout efficiency, especially in facilities with limited space.
Case Study: The Church PT
Question: Please share a case study of an operator that has used your products to create a flexible workout space. Tell us about the brief and how you used your expertise to fine-tune it, and then how you delivered against it and what the outcome was.
Answer: Our most unusual location to date, we recently converted a Grade II listed building near Bolton. The unique setting of the Church PT gym is what makes this project so special. Our team were tasked with creating a stand-out gym space to accommodate a wide range of activities, whilst staying true to the building’s identity.
For this project, a custom KingsBox CX37 Power Rack POD was strategically placed to form the centrepiece of this installation. The integrated storage, smith press and adjustable pulleys helped maximise the training area and created a complete training solution. The whole set-up beautifully complements the building’s structure, sitting alongside the original features such as the church organ, pulpit, font and highlighting the original stained-glass windows.
This layout is ideal for small-group training. The central rack provides a shared focal point for key lifts, whilst the surrounding equipment allows multiple people to train at the same time. Integrated storage keeps the area organised, making it easy to switch between exercises and keep sessions running smoothly.
