The Physique Lab is the creation of Tom Turner, who is no stranger to the world of Strength and Conditioning. As the current Lead Strength & Conditioning Coach for Glamorgan County Cricket Club, Tom knows what it takes to get athletes of all shapes and size to hit their goals through tailored training programmes.
