Constructed with 3 x 2-inch rectangular tubing for greater dent resistance and durability, and reinforced with multiple layers of wood beneath the rubber matting and handmade oak footing area, this heavy-duty platform provides a solid and stable 6-foot by 8-foot training area for performing heavy lifts; such as deadlifts, squats, and clean & jerks.
