You can’t have a weighted vest without weights. A versatile and simple choice of equipment, the APEX Weight Vest can be worn throughout your training session to make it even more challenging. These weights are a great way to improve core strength and tone up or lose weight. Each bar is sold separately, so you can choose your level of intensity and go for the minimum 1.5kg (1 bar) or the maximum 45kg (30 bars) for each vest.
Each Bar weighs 1.5kg and fits snugly into the pouches found on the APEX Weight Vest.
