The APEX Elite Olympic Bar is an ideal Olympic and Powerlifting crossover bar. Measuring 28.5mm in thickness, the APEX Elite Olympic Bar is a great ‘general use’ bar – halfway between a 28mm Standard Elite Bar and 29mm Power Bar, and slightly stiffer than most specifically Olympic Lifting bars.
It has greater function as a Powerlifting bar as well. With Self-Lubricating Bushed Chrome Sleeves, the bar is perfect for all Olympic Bumper Plates and comes with a more aggressive knurling for improved grip.
