It comes complete with six weight plates, enabling the user to customise to their requirements and gradually increase the load in line with their capabilities.
Ergonomically designed for a more effective and productive workout, the six included weight plates are hexagonal in shape, which prevents any rolling during exercise and when moving between stations. With easy-to-grip handles, the plates can be used on or off the bar and facilitate quick weight changes.
