The rack is developed for home gyms as well as for professional training centres and it can be used for both, bench and squat training. Just like other elements of the Mighty series, this rack has wider steel profiles (80 × 80 mm), which even further increases its stability. Even though the rack is very stable due to wide steel profiles, it can be further weighted by the Bumpers, which you can load on the Mighty mortar bumper racks at the sides. Vertical columns have laser-cut numbers, making it easier to move the barbell support up and down.
