PowerBlocks are adjustable dumbbells that are simple to use. To change weights, remove the pin, select the rail with the corresponding weight chart, then insert the pin completely into the desired slot. That’s it, you’re ready to lift.
The PowerBlock Pro Home Use essentially brings an entire dumbbell set and rack into one compact dumbbell, making them the ideal adjustable dumbbells for home gyms.
The stage kits allow you to upgrade your Stage 1 dumbbell from a standard 23kg all the way up to 41kg so your PowerBlock dumbbell can grow with you.
Note: All PowerBlock dumbbell products are named and categorised using American imperial measurements (lbs) rather than the European metric equivalent (kg).
POWERBLOCK PRO Home Use EXP STAGE 1
A set of adjustable dumbbells ranging from 5lbs to 50lbs (or 2kg to 23kg) per hand. Replaces 28 pairs of dumbbells.
POWERBLOCK PRO Home Use STAGE 2 ADD-ON KIT
Adds 2 extra plates to the existing PowerBlock Pro EXP Stage 1 dumbbells.
A weight range of 5lbs to 70lbs (2kg to 32kg) per hand.

Adds 2 extra plates to the existing PowerBlock Pro EXP Stage 1 and Stage 2 dumbbells.
