Working closely with Clough and Clough Bespoke Fitness Interiors, Absolute Performance won the contract to fit out the brand new functional training and fitness centre in Leeds, as well as supplying all of the Edge Gyms branded clothing.
The facility is at the cutting edge of fitness conditioning, featuring the latest equipment in strength, cardiovascular and whole-body conditioning.
There are several dedicated areas designed for specialised group training with an Edge Conditioning Coach, including a space for core & flexibility, functional strength training, suspension training, performance enhancement training, and cardiovascular conditioning. There is even an indoor agility and sprint track, a dedicated Performance Training Area with climbing ropes, Olympic lifting platform, sandbags, tires, sleds, free weights, kettlebells, and many more fitness toys to make performance style training a new and exciting way to work.
